A. IN CASE OF DEFECTS

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to either request a replacement, completely free of charge, or to cancel your order and request a refund of the money, which you have proven to have paid us

– or the cancellation of your order, whenever we will refund your money after 7 (seven) working days have passed since we receive at KEA the products you should have returned to us and on the condition that you have notified us of your bank account , to which we will be able to deposit the refund amount.

In any case, you should send the products to us using the courier company through which you received your order and not any other company of your choice, because in this case you will bear the transport costs. A necessary condition for changing/returning the product is:

B. UNREASONABLE WITHDRAWAL

Order Cancellation / Withdrawal Procedure

– In case of cancellation of an order on time and as long as you have deposited a demonstrable amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from KEA the entire amount of money, which you may have paid. The amount will be credited after seven (7) working days from the cancellation of the order or from the date that this amount will have been received by KEA (the later of the two dates is taken into account), provided that you will have notified us of your bank account, to which we can deposit the refund amount.
