Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. (Unless otherwise stated on the product page.)
From the moment you are informed about the shipment, you will have your order in the next few days.
For areas designated as "unreachable" by the courier, this time may vary.
In any case, we will make every effort so that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, even earlier than the stipulated time limits!
Shipping charges
We ship products all over Greece using a courier service or with a transport agency for bulky products. The company KEA SA cooperates with the company ACS and ELTA Courier for the transport of the products. More specifically, Courier shipping costs are priced based on the weight or volume of the item. Shipping costs will be shown to you upon completion of your order.
Regarding, up to 2 kg the cost is 3.00€. For each additional kilo, the shipping costs in Greece are 1.45€. Cash on delivery costs are 2,50€
For heavy or bulky items that you want us to deliver to you, shipping is done exclusively with a transport agency that does not accept cash on delivery as a form of payment. In this case, the payment method is only credit card or bank deposit. The delivery of the products with a transport agency is made on the pavement to the address stated during the completion of the order.
Order Delay
Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:
- During peak periods (eg Christmas, Easter).
- Bank Deposit: For your best service and the fastest shipping of your order, please include the order code and the name and surname given when it was created on the deposit. In order to start the process of sending the products after a bank deposit, the amount deposited should appear on the company's account and the details should be identified. This specific process requires the contribution of the respective bank and for this reason the process of sending the products may be delayed.
- The supplier was late in sending the product: In order to offer you variety and competitive prices we order our products from a large list of suppliers, Greek and foreign. However, it often happens that an order is delayed at customs or in transit. In such cases we contact you and ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or by replacing it with another one that we will recommend. We will send this item to you immediately after receiving it in our warehouses.
- The product you have ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: In the products available through our online store, it is often observed that a supplier announces without warning that it is removing some products. And in this case, a person from our company will contact you in order to give you alternative solutions.
- When extreme weather events or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect smooth transportation and delivery.
- Finally, in any case where it is not possible to contact you (by phone or email) to deal with any problems regarding your order or its payment.
